Our founder, with a background in teaching and coaching, naturally leads by example. Parks gives back to the community through her work as a high school scoial studies teacher and girl's  basketball coach. As someone who teaches Geography, Civics, and African American Studies she is committed to listening, learning, and motivating others. She is not afraid to ask tough questions, start difficult conversations, and advocate for important causes that lead to the success of young people and women.
